Very rude staff!

Tbh, had a just perfect stay for Fatima visit. The location was favourable, really close to Aljustrel, and centre, we were in a lovely area and very close to a basilica and a sanctuary.

Hotel was quirky and modern, loved our stay.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room and bathroom were tastefully decorated and brand-new.

Spotless and brand-new unit with a separate bedroom for the third person, EXCEPTIONAL staff. Location close enough to Aljustrel to the homes of the three shepherd seers and the basilica, supermarket and bus stop and the sanctuary of Fatima.

Ideal location near the sanctuary, clean and spotless room, helpful and friendly staff who spoke English well, adequate breakfast, close to souvenir stores and restaurants.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The price and the location. Just near the main important places, without need to use the car.

At 10.30 there was not hot water. I needed to call to the reception. And before 10 am for 2 times the staff of the hotel wanted to clean it ... knocking in the door!

Not so friendly and not so helpful hotel and restaurant staff. No free wifi access throughout the hotel; payment for wifi access is expensive. Restaurant menu offer very limited, and early closing hours.

The stuff was affable and caring all the time. We had savoury breakfasts with juice and cheese, as for instance. Also, location was particularly good and magnificent, relatively close to Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima

The breakfast provided at this hotel is adequate, with a helpful breakfast waiter and a good coffee machine.

There were no negatives noted during our stay.

The hotel had excellent and absolutely perfect location near the main sanctuary and church. The breakfast was savoury with yogurts, juice plus cheese, perfect to start our day. The staff was very amiable, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge.

location: the hotel was really close to the basilica, supermarket and bus stop, and bus station. we had goodies and coffee at chocolate & canela, it was located extremely close to the venue.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my stay in Fatima. It was conveniently situated just across the street from the sanctuary. The interior of the hotel had a boutique feel and exuded cleanliness and comfort. I could truly sense the attention to detail and the overall experience.

The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make our thanksgiving stay comfortable. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the main Sanctuary. We loved the fact that breakfast was included and there was a variety of food to choose from.
